Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the vintage item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package with Care
Securely place the item, including all original packaging and the printed return slip, into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our curators verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
